1. General
StoryWell Books commits to providing high-quality products and services. We understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary, and we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible.
The following return timelines apply from the date of delivery or service completion:
- Print Material — 10 Days
- Workshops or other Events — 7 Days
- Consulting Hours — 5 Days
2. Definitions
- Business Days: All days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Customer: Any person purchasing products or services from StoryWell Books for personal use.
3. Refunds Rules
- All orders are processed as per the specifications provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order, the order will be cancelled and the full amount will be refunded.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
- Refunds exclude the original shipping charges.
- Proof and documentation may be required to process any refund or return request.
- Replacement of a product is subject to availability of stock.
- Digital Products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the product is materially non-compliant with its description.
4. Products Damaged During Transit
If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit, you may request a replacement within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Damaged products must be returned in their original condition along with the original packaging.
- Please include photographs of the damage when contacting us.
5. Order Not Confirmed but Amount Deducted
If your order was not confirmed but the amount has been deducted from your account, please note that banks typically require 7 Business Days to reverse such transactions.
If the amount is not reversed within this timeframe, please contact us at care@storywell.in and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
6. Exemptions
No refunds or returns will be accepted for the following:
- Sale or promotional items
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products returned in a different condition than received
- Products that have been misused
- Products with defects that were known to the customer before purchase
- Gifts or free services
- Broken or tampered items
- Returns requested after the return window has closed
- Digital materials (e-books, downloadable content, etc.)
7. Rules of Returning Products
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at care@storywell.in with your order details and reason for return.
- Products must be returned in their original, unused condition.
- Use proper packaging and include your order number on the parcel.

- All accessories, freebies, and bundled items must accompany the return.
- A copy of the original receipt or invoice is required.
8. Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for all packaging and return shipping costs. We recommend using a recorded delivery service or a courier with tracking to ensure safe return of the product.
9. Response Time
Refunds are normally processed within 10 Business Days of receiving the returned product and completing our quality checks.

StoryWell Books reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.

StoryWell Books shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or disruptions to postal and courier services.
