Payments

We accept payments exclusively via UPI (Unified Payments Interface). When you choose to purchase a book:

• Click "Pay via UPI" on the book page
• Scan the QR code or tap "Open UPI App" to pay the displayed amount
• Send a screenshot of the payment confirmation to care@storywell.in or WhatsApp +91-82979-08796
• Include your full name and shipping address with the screenshot

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Shipping

• We ship across India via registered post or courier
• Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated before payment
• Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on location
• A tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp once dispatched

Refunds & Returns

• If you receive a damaged book, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
• We will replace damaged items at no additional cost
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original UPI ID within 7-10 business days
• Digital products (ebooks, audiobooks) are non-refundable once delivered

• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion

• Your data is used solely for order fulfilment, membership, and communication

• Form submissions are processed securely via Netlify
